Juan M. Romero, M.D.
Dr. Romero is a retinal specialist who serves as consultant and assistant professor at New York Eye & Ear Infirmary. He is skilled in both medical and surgical retinal diseases.
Dr. Romero earned his medical doctorate in 1995 from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia. His post-graduate training included a research fellowship in retinal imaging and ophthalmology residency at The New York Eye & Ear Infirmary, an internship at the Hospital of Saint Raphael in New Haven, CT, and a vitreo-retinal fellowship at Wayne State University/Kresge Eye Institute in Detroit, MI. He has published numerous articles and abstracts in peer-reviewed journals, has delivered lectures to medical societies in the U.S. and abroad, and is involved in multiple ongoing clinical trials.
Dr. Romero is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology. His professional memberships include:

Amy Seon, O.D.
Dr. Seon received her doctorate in 1998 from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in Columbus, OH after earning a B.S. in Biology from the State University of New York at Binghamton. At Manhattan Surgical Eye Care she provides the full range of optometric eye care, including contact lens fitting.
